New for 2025:
Wilson Youth Baseball and Softball is introducing a fundraising ticket raffle aimed at keeping registration fees in check for the 2025 season. We kindly ask each family to sell five fundraising tickets at just $10 each. This process will start with a one-per-family $50.00 fee paid at registration. Tickets will be distributed during the first week of practice, and our drawing will occur at the opening day ceremony. For families with multiple players, the requirement remains at five tickets total, making it fair and easy for everyone. If you wish not to sell the tickets, please tell your head coach on the first day of practice. However, the $50.00 will be charged at the time of registration.
The funds raised will directly support essential expenses that have recently risen, including field maintenance, field rentals, portable bathroom rentals, and equipment costs. Importantly, 25% of the total funds raised will be set aside for prizes for our lucky winners. Thank you for helping us make this season a success!

Baseball/Softball programming facts:
WYBS are governed by Cal Ripken charter and age chart, see chart.
- Baseball cut-off age is as of May 1st.
- Baseball ages 5/6-year-old will play Tball.
- Baseball age 7-year-old will play Single A Coach Pitch.
- Baseball ages 8-12 years old will be evaluated.
- Baseball Tournament teams:
- All levels will be evaluated for Tournament baseball.
- 9U is a modified schedule and only play after the in-house season is completed.
- 10U/11U/12U is a full tournament season, with no in-house play.
- Softball is age as of January 1st.
- Softball age 5-6-year-old will play Tball.
- Softball will hold evaluations for all other teams.
Open gyms:
The open gym will start on January 4, 2025. You must be registered for the 2025 Spring Season to attend.

Tball does not require a uniform, a hat and t-shirt are a part of registration.
A/AA/AAA, Majors:
All levels require the following and can be purchased in the Uniform Store:
- One (1) home jersey.
- One (1) away jersey.
- Gray pants with red piping.
- Red socks.
- Red belt.
- Red Wilson with a white W hat.
